
Network Menu
The Ethernet port of the TR9 DVR can be connected to a computer network or to the
Internet. With the proper authorization, the TR9 DVR can be operated from a Web
browser on any computer on the network or from any computer with Internet access to
the network. Please contact Seon Design for network connection and operation
information.
Enter a static IP address for the TR9 DVR. Make sure this address is IP ADDRESS
not used by any other device on your network. If you have a DHCP
server on your network, make sure the TR9 IP address is not in the IP
address range assigned by the DHCP server.
Enter the subnet mask for your network (usually 255.255.255.000). NETMASK
Enter the IP address of a router or gateway on your LAN. GATEWAY
Do not change the default MAC address unless required by your
Internet service provider or network administrator.
MAC ADDRESS
USERNAMES/ Enter a username and password for each of the three access levels.
Guest User: Can only view live video
PASSWORDS
General User: Can view live video and playback recorded video
Administrator: Can control all DVR parameters over the network,
including password settings, recording settings, etc.
HTTP PORT
CTRL PORT
DATA PORT
Do not change the default port numbers unless they are blocked by
your firewall.
